Do not buy this gun, you'll be sorry if you do.
Seemed like a good product at first, but the drive hammer broke halfway through the first coil of nails. See attached pictures. I purchased this nailer at the end of September when I was getting ready to redo my perimeter fence, but due to unforeseen travel for work, the project has gotten delayed until now, So that means I can't just return the gun to Amazon, and will now will have to deal with a warranty repair. However, that does me no good while stranded at the start of the project with my old fencing down. Since this was the only project I needed a nailer for, I went with this brand. What a huge mistake. The air pressure was correct @ 90psi, I used the supplied oil that came with the gun and still the hammer in this nailer broke. And.... Because I've just started my fencing project and now can't return the gun, I had to purchase a different brand at the Home Depot to keep going. I hope Freeman will fix it, but even if they do, now I'm stuck with 2 guns, at twice the expense. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend a little extra on a quality name brand locally, that you can at least exchange or warranty at the retailer you purchased it at if it fails. It's been a costly lesson, but now I've learned it.

Nail cover design issue?
Finally got a chance to use this roofing nailer and ended up being disappointed with the design on how the coil nail cover latch closes . There is no “latch” that keeps the cover over the coil nails closed. Instead, the cover flies open with the slightest movement of the nail gun itself. Even though I used the nailer to finish the job, I spent to much time making sure that I didn’t break the cover off the gun as it was always open every time I looked at it. My opinion is that this is a really poor design, and I’m gonna end up having to rig something to keep that cover closed until it needs to be opened again. I would not recommend buying this nailer with his current design.

Garbage
Useless. Every few shoots doubles. And the ones that are single get their heads blown to bits and the bits then jam the entire mechanism. Extremely inconvenient when on top of a roof. Have to carry a hammer, a screwdriver, and pliers on you when using this nailer. Will be returning
