Looked around for something my mom could use when travelling and walking around but not something to bog her down. There were several options but this company had good reviews on customer service so I went with them. Just received the product today so my review will be solely based on appearance, weight, and I may touch on stability and comfort.Upon opening the box, the package was neatly packaged, as you will see in the picture. It was well sealed. When you pull the product out, attached, by zip tie, is a plastic bag with 3 additional rubber caps and an instruction manual. By the handle, the red seat cover is wrapped. The handle is made of a nice soft touch rubber which would allow one to get a good grip on the cane while walking. The light at the end of the handle is a nice touch too. I went through each screw to make sure nothing is lose, making sure that the product is safe to use. Not only that nothing was out of place, I was impressed at how I did not find a single sharp edge on (top, underneath, around) the product. No sharp edge on the aluminum parts, the plastic parts and no extra pieces on the rubber parts. I would truly say that this is worth every penny for how the manufacturer’s quality check made sure they send out a good, quality item.This thing is super light. Carrying it around while walking shouldn’t cause fatigue. Even though it is light, it is sturdy enough to keep one stable during their walks. When sitting, definitely make sure to aim center of gravity for stability. For the little time it tried sitting on it, it was comfortable enough. I would say that it would do the job I had purchased it for.All in all, I am happy with this purchase.

The seat and flashlight make this cane a very valuable asset. The seat does work as advertised, but you need to use caution when positioning the legs. It is very sturdy and extending the center leg one notch makes it easy to use on any terrain. I had a problem screwing the battery cover back on after installing the batteries, but a tap with a hammer fixed that. The seat makes a great conversation starter as it is unusual.

Ordered 2 one for I and my husband . Both seat covers were the same color dark pink.Would of been nice to have choice of seat covers.

While having three legs might take a while to get used to this cane sure comes in handy. I have a bad knee and there are times when I need to find a place to sit down and fast. This cane provides a seat when I need it.

The unit is sturdy and relatively comfortable. Changing out batteries for the light is easy, but the lamp itself failed in less than a year and there is no way to replace that! I now use only seat canes with a removable light that claps on wherever I need it. I can even replace just the light and clamps are easy to get it one breaks. I would not recommend a built in light in the handle that can not be replaced!

The media could not be loaded.  Lightweight. Easy to change from cane to seating. Just exactly what I needed to provide seating when standing in line as I have Orthostatic Hypotension and my blood pressure drops significantly when I am standing up. It took me a bit to figure out how to install the two AA batteries to make the built-in light in the handle work. It was not addressed in the User’s Manual. You simply unscrew the black on/off button and insert the two AA batteries. The height of the cane/seat is adjustable as well . And the velvet seat cover is a nice touch! Also comes with a set of three rubber replacement ends for the seat legs. This cane to seating tool is great. Thank you.

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I NEED TO SIT DOWN OFTEN WHEN OUTSIDE. I AM 84 YEARS OLD AND WEIGH 115 LBS. THIS PRODUCT WILL NEVER SUPPORT 220 LBS AS THE WRITE UP STATES. WHEN THE PRODUCT IS OPENED AND THE SEAT LOWERED, IF YOUR PLACE YOUR OPEN PALM ON THE SEAT AND PRESS DOWN SIDE TO SIDE, YOU WILL FEEL IT WOBBLE BACK AND FORTH. NOT SAFE NOR STABLE., WHEN I, WITH CAUTION, SAT DOWN ON IT, IT STILL WOBBLED. IN ATTEMPTING TO STAND UP FROM THIS FLIMSYCANE SEAT THERE WAS NO PLACE ON THE SEAT I COULD PUT MY HAND TO GAIN LEVERAGE AND LIFT MYSELF UP WITH CONFIDENCE. THE SPLAY OF THE TRIPOD LEGS IS NOT WIDER THAN THE SEAT AS IT IS ILLUSTRATED. THE SPLAY WOULD HAVE TO BE CONSIDERABLY MUCH WIDER AT THE GROUND LEVEL TO OFFSET THE WEIGHT AND WIDTH OF THE SEAT ABOVE. IT'S JUST PHYSICS. THE WRITE UP ON THIS PRODUCT ON AMAZON IS DELIBERATELY MISLEADING - DISHONEST. WHERE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS IN INCHES OF HEIGHT, WIDTH ETC AND COMPARISONS ? NOT GIVEN ! THE ILLUSTRATIONS ARE FALSE AND DECEPTIVE. THE NECK AT THE CONVERGENCE OF WHERE THE THREE LEGS ARE BOLTED TOGETHER IS DEPICTED AS HIGHER FROM THE BOTTOM UP AS IS IN REALITY. THIS AFFECTS THE WOBBLE IT HAS. THIS OS A FLIMSY UNSAFE PRODUCT NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE BY ANYONE.

This is a wonderful cane with seat. It is a little bit heavier but I can walk my dog longer since I can rest if my back starts to hurt!

It was cumbersome to walk with and too difficult for me to get off of it. I didn’t realize it would cost to send it back. I mailed it August 5th at the post office and it cost $27.85. I will have to think twice before ordering again from Amazon.

Ça dépend de la personne, mais pour moi elle est trop encombrante. Elle est solide et ont n est bien assis, mais il faut avoir un certain équilibre.Ce n est pas pour moi,j ai demandé pour la retourner et il faut payer les frais de transport et l assurance du colis.Normalement avec Amazon, je n ai jamais eu à payer ces frais, donc déçu.

I purchase this for my husband so that he can start going for longer walk. It says that it will hold 330lbs, my husband is 250 lbs. When he tried to sit on it, he fell backward because the stool feature does not allow for a bigger stomach. It is not safe if you are a larger person.

Ordered coffee color for neutral gender use but handle is pink tones & cover is very bright purple. Will be a challenge to get my guy to use this as it is. Surprised it wasn’t more ivory beige.
