Shock
It has shock while charging. I got the product 1 month before. Yet i coudnt use properly. This is really irritating. When I got the product it has shock and then I call to Amazon customer care. Then, they send me Acer service centre. And they came. And change the board for clearing that shock issue. When change the board, the msoffice which was included in the product was lost. So I can't use. Then again I call to amazone costomer care. That time they told me, they can't do anything and told me to call acer directly. So, I call to acer and they send me again one supporter. They had taken the laptop and after 1 week they give back to me. Then also, the microsoft licenced issue not yet cleared and they told me they can't do anything and call to Amazon or microsoft directly!!!!. What the hell I need to do to use this.

Exact one year mother board gone its realy bad qualify laptop i dont recommend this
Mother board gone and. Audio quality is also bad exact warranty 1 year finished and laptop got repair and mother board also not available for repair
