I needed a chair when I built my PC. I didn't want to spend too much and saw this one that looked comfortable enough.This chair was cool at first, being able to recline with my feet up was nice especially if I was playing on my PC with a controller. But trying to sit with good posture trying to do something like type up a paper or email there is little to no support. The bottom cushion causes my butt to fall asleep after a while. But for the price it was okay, probably wouldn't buy again.

I purchase a gaming chair from them and it had several issues right away. The wheels don't glide well and the chair has a loud squeaking noise anytime your recline or move about in the chair. I tried to get them to address the issue under warranty period. They sent one piece to fix the squeaking but it did not work. Then SILENCE - they ignored my emails from then on. Finally, I contacted Amazon to help contact the seller and Von Racer said I need to pay for any replacement parts because the warranty period expired - I KNOW - I have been trying to contact you for a LONG time! then they said they can only offer a 10% discount on a new chair. So I'm stuck with the existing broken chair, and they want me to buy another chair from them? No way! Buyers BEWARE! this company is not to be trusted. They play games and do not care about the customer. Based on my experience, I would give zero stars if i could.
