I’m on a cut phase with my training and was recommended to try this electrolyte supplement. I load about 6-8oz water in a cup and use a small milk frother to stir it into the water along with powder creatine and magnesium. It dissolves pretty good. I just chug the drink. Even after mixing real good, there is a white powder with bit of berry flavored stuff in the bottom. I’ve confirmed this with only this powder and it’s still the same. Taste wise, it does have a salty, sodium-like taste with the sweet, but not enough to be an issue. I’ve let my teen kids try it too. They’ve drank liquid IV and it’s pretty close in their opinion. I’ve not used any other electrolyte drinks before, but I’m satisfied with this one. It’s also sugar free and this is what I need as well. I also want to share that there is a single serving scooper inside the container which ensures you get the serving correct every time.

Ho assaggiato il prodotto un paio di volte e posso dire che rispetto alla maggior parte degli integratori é molto salato. (35% sale) Sono produttori di sale. La Stevia Serve a dare il gusto dolce, Senza influire sulla glicemia e infatti ha un buon gusto. Il magnesio è in due forme diverse, glicinato e malato, mentre il Calcio è sotto forma carbonato e quindi non assimilabile, dato che é come il gesso usato sulla lavagna. Il potassio è citrato. Si poteva fare meglio, ma comunque nel complesso la qualità degli ingredienti è discreta. Io preferisco utilizzare meno di un misurino per mezzo litro d' acqua, perché quell' eccesso di sale mi dà leggermente fastidio al palato. Una volta bevuto il contenuto resta un residuo sul fondo della borraccia, anche se preparata un' ora prima, evidentemente il Calcio carbonato non va in soluzione completamente. Valutando pro e contro, ho dato 4 stelle ma ne avrei data mezza in meno se fosse stato possibile, ma in confronto alla media degli integratori lo reputo valido.
