Not the loudest thing on the planet, and despite the claims there is a bit of audible distortion at higher volumes. However, it's plenty clear and while not a tremendous gain, it does get considerably louder than the speaker on my Galaxy S4 - loud enough I can watch people putz around on youtube while doing dishes without losing out on every other word.Obviously it's not going to be shaking the floor with the low end either, but I would surmise you can hear down to around 150 Hz before it rolls off into nothing. Clearly, it's best suited for talk shows, podcasts, and let's plays rather than, say, dubstep.Also: A bit smaller than it might be conceived to be. I assumed it to be the size of a normal CFL lightbulb, but it's more like the size of a compact CFL (minus the screw end).

I bought this for one of the seniors in my neighborhood. Unfortunately the Blue tooth would not pair with her flip phone. She bought an inexpensive phone and it was not the Bluetooth device. It works well, with my smart phone. 90% of the population uses a smart phone. It’s a good little unit. Fits the cup holder in your car or truck just fine.

There's a lot of sound packed into a very small speaker. The black and red color is really cute and it looks great on my table. The speaker comes with the cord that charges it through the USB on my computer. Setting up the Bluetooth to connect with my phone took just a minute and was easily done. The on/off button is on the bottom of the unit. I am quite impressed with the sound that comes out of such a small speaker. The sound isn't tinny or muffle. I keep this one next to my tanning bed and even over the sound of the bed I can hear the speaker well The battery life has late a good while too. Overall I can say I am quite pleased with the quality of this speaker.I did receive this speaker at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review of the product. I really like this speaker the shape and design is really nice . Its small but do t let the size fool you it is a great speaker. This is a really nice speaker and the sound quality is good. I like this a lot and it works nice. It is nice and durable since my little one decided to hurl it across the room after getting it wet and it worked fine after i would say it is a great speaker. It was ready to go fully charged right out of the box which was great we didn't have to sit and wait for it to charge before using it. It works well and I like it a lot I am glad I was able to get it.I purchased this product for a reduced price to make an honest and unbiased review.
