Real Relax Massage Chair Full Body, Zero Gravity SL Track Shiatsu Recliner with Shortcut Key, PS3100(Brown)

Unfortunately, my product stopped working after about five months, but I knew it had to be a small problem. it took me six months to realize all that I needed to do was call tech-support. They sent me a new motherboard which I thought would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not.. but they kept emailing me to make sure it did start working. Today I received the call from Victor in tech support, and he walked him through a factory reset. To my surprise my massage chair is working like new. I give them a A+ rating for staying consistent with me and receiving a call to help.

We bought this chair a few months ago. It's easy to use, clear instructions and worked right of the 'box'. Delivery window was changed a few times by the carrier but satisfactory at the end. The delivery guys were very nice. No significant assembly is required but you are left with lots of packaging materials due to the need to strongly protect the heavy chair in transit . The massage programs are fine and the chair accommodates us with a size of up to 6 feet 2 inches. Adjustments are very helpful for airbag strength and speed of massage. Overall a very relaxing piece of equipment. As with all these chairs, powerful (3D) massage is on fixed tracks along the vertebral column at the back, from neck to glutes. It's very efficient but spatially limited. Hamstrings, calves, arms, quads, etc. are only touched by airbags, not really massaged. Within these limits, the chair works very well.

Began mal functioning after just 8 months. Chair keeps running after turned off, only the back and shoulders. Have already replaced mother board and it has gone bad again. Been waiting two months and still don’t have a replacement. Trying to get support but to date only received email saying they would ship and that’s 2 months ago. Submitted a request for warranty support or replacement from seller or Asurion.

After 1 year of having the chair, it started to fail, I contacted the customer service team and they very very responsive and helpful. They found the issue and sent me a new mother board that fixed the problem. I definitely recommend this chair.

The best massage Chair of all time! This chair is very comfortable as well as very fairly priced. I would reccomend.

This massage chair is absolutely wonderful. I use it almost every single day to relax. I love the way it massages your entire body while you listen to relaxing music with the bluetooth connection thru the speakers on the chair. I would recommend this chair to any one who needs to relax and enjoy a wonderful massage.

for the price of this chair i would expect just a bit more. The heating function does not work i've tried contacting support and all they can do is tell me have i tried turning on the heat and leaving it on??? Unless you are used to super firm and aggressive massages you will not like the chair. There's supposed to be 5 settings but you can not lower down below a 2 i've tried numerous things. Honestly pay a bit more and get a good chair.

1st of all the one is difficult to understand and operate. More than that in a few minutes. The book they give you is even more confusing and it's Ju gives you confusing descriptions of buttons that are supposed to work 1 way and dont. Look, for example at the photo above . It Saya the button operates "strength. Then the explanation I'd something about habd speed. It's a chair that offers no way to program presets and if it does I sure couldn't figure it out and I've had a few of these chairs now. If u want this one, it's in new condition but it's for sure not good enough for me. I will say super was to put together- all in one box, nothing to assemble, lightweight,nrolls easy but left grease all over my carpet. Absolutely disappointed.
