AIPIE Hand Grip Ball Set

The right size. handy and comfortable. helped a lot to strengthen my hand after my hand surgery.

Bought these for my Wife who recently broke a bone in her hand and had a cast on for six weeks. Needed something to gently exercise her fingers and forearm muscles when the cast came off. Balls are well made and feel nice to hold. Definitely serves the purpose they were bought for. Worth a try if you need to gently exercise your hand, fingers or lower arm

These are excellent. Bought for my mum who is struggling with neuropathy and she's using them daily whilst watching TV and in bed. Her hands are definitely better. They feel nice and they are not showing any wear despite being used a lot.

Very good quality strength balls, come in 3 different strengths which are reasonable. Are a great size for using and the colours are nice too. My only issue is the packaging- the tube is firm and would be great to store them in however the lid is a pain to get on and off - I wouldn't let that stop you from buying them though. They also come with a list of various exercises you can do with them which is very handy.

Those are the kind of balls you want to squeeze to alleviate stress. The 3 firmness levels are good, but I’ll admit, almost imperceptible.

Having soft, medium and hard balls makes the set more versatile depending on what level of resistance you want. They are comfortable enough to use and can be handy for short exercise sessions or for keeping your hands busy. However, the main downside for me is that the material of the balls does not feel resistant enough. They work, but they do not give the impression of being especially durable, and I would have preferred something that felt stronger and longer lasting. Because of that, I would rate them 3 stars rather than higher. They are usable and the concept is good, but the material quality could definitely be better.

Really nice! The box in which the balls come is also really good. I bought it for the recovering from a surgery in the wrist and it works perfectly.
