Doesn’t drain well
I’m having a hard time with these colanders. I like the idea of collapsing for storage. This is why I purchased these. When you place these in a sitting position, (sink etc) the bottom does not drain. There are not enough holes on the bottom to get a good drain so food just sits in liquid til you can shake it off. If you’re blanching this is a problem.

Great space saver
Great space saver. I was bold and tried the large one for hot noodles. I expected that silicone would handle the heat and it did. I even rested it in the hot pan. The only thing is that silicone may hold the heat so you want to make sure that you cold rinse if you use this for cooked items. I like having the two sizes for different veggies. It doesn't have the "feet" like old colanders so I put it in a bowl so the bottom doesn't touch the sink--but there is enough space between--I'm just finicky about food items touching the sink.

Very Nice 👍🏻
I only needed one but I'm happy to get two for such a good price. In my pursuit of trying to make camp packing easier and more compact, I have found collapsible wash basins, water containers and now, a colander to be oh so convenient. This colander isn't as heavy duty as some big name brands but it's still pretty firm in structure and feel. Collapses quite flat for packing in a camping storage box or for hanging on the inside of a kitchen cabinet. The larger one can easily strain a pound of pasta and in a pinch serve as a popcorn bowl. My only (minor) complaint is that it only has a small rim at the bottom and not little feet. This would allow for water to flow out the bottom a little easier when set in a sink. No biggie for me though, I still like it.

Other uses...
(C.E.O./Sci: female gender male/SS)...This thing collapsible what more can you say for the price on a low budget...Havent used it long term however - use it to drain other things like pork/beans...You can also use it to drain pots with and just bought that copper pasta thing - not much use for large drainage/pots-pans but for 1-2 servings it does fairly well - have to make sure pots fits on the inner circle of the collapsed colander so you can hold the pot with one hand while the colander with the other to drain...Perhaps I will find further other uses for these things...

Cool idea but not functional
Cool that they are collapsible and dishwasher safe, but it doesn't work great as a strainer. The holes are small enough that the water has surface tension to not drain through. It's better than nothing, but not a great strainer.

So far, so good
We had one that was very similar that lasted for a long time, but I couldn't find it. These might the same brand. I can't remember. I was super happy that they came in 2 sizes. We use them all the time for rinsing grapes, cherries, loquats, pasta, etc. They collapse, so they take little room, pretty colors, dishwasher safe. I recommend them.

I wished it would drain better.
I like that it’s collapsible, but it doesn’t really drain that well. There’s usually water left around the edges because that side has no holes in them. Also the holes aren’t open enough.
