Great product
I'm 5'8" Asian, medium build, small arms. The shoulder pack fits well on my shoulder and chest. For the arm, I have to have to make it the smallest size with the strap closed all the way. Putting it on is easy, just follow the video instruction they provided. I can put it on in 1 min including adjusting it. It really ice the entire shoulder, not just the rotor cuff muscles, and a little bit of the Pectoris Major. It is cold enough after 1 hour in the freezer and it last for 20-25 min, as advertised. The inside material is very soft to touch and thin. I think that's might contribute to the many complaints about leaking. So I don't fold it much when in storage and I make sure that I only freeze it for 1 hour. If u do more than 1 hour, it tends to be less flexible and when u put it on and try to bend it in shape of your shoulder, that might create tearing of the thin materials. When I have to fold it when putting it in the freezer, I fold it the way it comes and not trying to compress it to make it smaller. So far so good, no leaking and it hold the coldness for 20-25 min. I have not try heat yet. For $25, it is a good product and a good price, plus it is free return. IF it really leak in the future, I will report back, hope it won't.

I have four now, Love them
I had shoulder surgery in December 2022 and these were by far the best things I could recommend for anyone who may need any shoulder pain relief. I have purchased four at this point so that I could rotate them more frequently. They would definitely accommodate a larger arm than mine, 5'3" female, but I actually like to use them without the straps and sideways. It puts a larger surface area on the front and back of my shoulder versus along the top of the bicep. The way it is contoured allows for the neck area to have a perfect space as well. I usually drape two at a time now whenever I use them. The thing to know is of course that I'm usually stationary when I use these and I'm sitting with a pillow and shoulder pillow under my arm so that I'm not trying to scrunch up my shoulder so they don't fall off. They are somewhat heavy, so immediately post op I could only stand one at a time, but within a couple of weeks I started using two at a time, which is why I have four now for easy rotation. These are great! One side is soft and easy on the skin and the other is slick and easy to wipe down as needed. I keep them folded in half, soft side in, in my freezer and just stack them all on top of each other. They stay cold, when doubled up, for about 45-60 mins, which may be too long for some folks, but my surgeon said to continuously ice at first, and now I just use them as needed. Again, I don't use them as designed (with straps and in the intended orientation/direction) but they are fantastic all the same and I would recommend to anyone.

Good ice pack for shoulder
We started with the wrist ice pack and have upgraded to an ice pack for every joint. Husband is very athletic and he puts on his ice packs every day. He is 25 with shoulder problems already! He even brings them all on vacation in a designated bag because he swears they help with his joints and pain relief. This ice pack is probably the least used one we have because it is a little awkward, but I suppose for it to fit a shoulder it has to be. In terms of appearance: although it is large, it feels like it doesn’t sit right on the shoulder. It is made with good quality, however, I will say that most of the other joint ice packs we have purchased have the ice pack that is removable from a cover that is washable and protects the skin from the cold. He does wear a shirt under the ice pack as an added layer. Adhesion is great because it is Velcro and size is adjustable. It isn’t too thick of an ice pack but can be flexible once maneuvered a little (it is frozen, after all!). In terms of appearance, it’s a shoulder ice pack. It’s not going to be a fashion statement.

Warm cold pack.
1st I brought this after reading the reviews. Vary vary disappointing! I left it in the freezer 4 hours before using. I will up date and leave it in freezer over night. Initially putting on the ice pack was cold not frozen yet. The chest strap is easy enough to put on and adjust, but arm strap is hard to manipulate with one hand. It doesn't stay cold for long became warm within 5 - 10 minutes. I have mutiple ice packs so plan on rigging it to make it effective. My recommendation is to invest $25 into something else that will be more effective. Not worth the money.Ok. I left in freezer for 3 days. Stays cold over 15 minutes. Initially the cold is great, but at 15 min mark it does get noticeably warmer. Its still cold enough to keep shoulder cold. It doesn't get cold fast. After sometime I've changed my mind. For the price its worth buying.
