The shoe is looks cute, but no on my foot
It is important for me to start by saying the leather is soft and buttery, the inside is smooth and lightly padded and the rubber sole is shock absorbent. I wear a 6.5 medium and this shoe seemed slightly short on me. I am sure with a day or two of wear the leather would stretch enough. The shoe looks a lot like a real ballet shoe with a flat square toe. That's the problem for me- it made my foot look like a short fat block. I looked down at my foot and was shocked. I have never had a pair of shoes make my feet look so odd. Maybe this was the result of a small bunion on my right foot (although to be honest, the left looked like a short fat block too), I really wish they would have worked because the feel and quality was great. I returned them. Four stars for quality, but I took one away for the cut of the shoe since I suspect many others will find them a little short.

Close fit, get half size up, totally cute!
I took the suggestion to get a half size bigger and it was definitely a good thing I did! I usually get 7s in heels or other shoes that I don't wear socks with. I bought a 7.5 and the fit is great but my toes definitely go to the very end of the shoes. I have pretty narrow feet, so I like how close the fit is. The sole is not slippery. The insoles are comfy considering it's a flat foot shoe. It doesn't feel like you're walking on concrete. I don't suggest this as a work outfit shoe unless you do mostly sitting. I think standing in these all day or walking around for 8 hours in them might hurt. But I seriously love this shoe!!

Cute shoes, as expected fit.
I like the squared off "true" ballet shoe toe box, which is what attracted me to this shoe, and also what makes this shoe a bit on the delicate side. The squared off area tends to get a bit scuffed from normal wear, so if you're a bit of a type A about appearance, you may only want to wear these on carpeted or smooth surfaces. For myself, I just keep retouching the area with shoe polish. The trend today is for a pointy toe flat, but as a size 9, it just makes my foot look even longer, so this squared toe box helps in that area. My only wish is that the insole had a bit more cushion since I wear them without socks.

Cute flat but the size is not consistant
I bought these in black because they do not look like the traditional flat. I love the flat toe front. That might not be for everyone but I thought it look great! The leather is very nice. These seem to be a good quality shoe. I bought the black shoes first and my feet typically are 7-7.5. I ordered the 7.5. It was REALLY tight. I decided to keep them because leather does tend to stretch. After three wears they fit great. I decided to order a second pair in the Bombay and I thought it was odd but they fit me perfectly. They were not too small at all. So just be warned these shoes may or may not fit you. I would definitely still recommend them because they are a great flat and are really cute. Perfect to go with your skinnies!

Medium shoe is very wide, yet the edge band is too narrow and rubs feet
I ordered these shoes in a 7.5 instead of my regular 7 since many reviewers said it ran small. The length of the shoe is fine, although I think they will stretch causing my heels to slip out (would not recommend the larger size). Also- I have regular width feet and enjoy the box toe (similar to Bandolino Williamson flat), but these shoes were incredibly wide at the widest part of the foot. Inside the shoe, I could probably stick a finger on either side. However, up at the top of the shoe, the band is more narrow, causing it to painfully rub your feet (i.e. feet are sliding around due to internal width, but squeezes/rubbed on the top from the band which is narrower than the actual shoe. These shoes were listed as M(B), but just say "B" on the actual shoe. I called Lucky Brand to see if perhaps I was accidently sent a Broad width, but B and M are apparently the same thing (i.e. they only make this shoe in a medium). The customer service rep said that she had just taken several calls right in a row from customers with this same issue. She said that this could be a manufacturers defect affecting a batch of the shoes, because these Santana flats are not normally too wide. I hope they fix this issue, because I like the look of the shoe.

cute
Very cute shoe; ordered 1/2 size up, but probably could've ordered my normal size. Definitely very roomy. Also, on one shoe the leather is "gathered" and bunched around the top. It's hard to tell when the shoe is on, but I would not have bought them like that had I seen that defect on the shoe in a store. Kind of disappointed that one is messed up. But probably not worth it to send it back and wait for another pair.

Very soft, comfortable shoe. Well made.
I usually wear a size 7 but I got a 1/2 size up based on other reviews. I think I'm glad I did this, but I know the leather will stretch out so I'm not sure. They might get too big over time. The leather really is very soft and feels high quality. The shoes are definitely plain, which is what I was looking for. Overall a great everyday shoe for work or whatever else!

True to size, feel good
I am a size 9, and have several pairs of other Lucky Brand boots and clogs in size 9. I have been looking at Lucky Brand flats and have compared the Emmie to the Santana. In the Emmie I had to actually go up to a 9.5, because they are tight at the heel and hurt a bit. When I ordered the Santana I wasn't sure which size, but it turns out these are true to my normal size, and quite comfortable. The Emmie comes in tons more colors, but the Santana feels pretty good for flats, which I rarely find particularly comfortable for long periods of time.
