Always needed
I keep an extra one in bowling ball as you never know when one will wear out and they work great! Never stick with this on shoe.

Great slider
It's easy to put on or take off. It's large enough to cover the spot behind the shoe slider that has been causing me to stick (and fall). No sticking with this, though. The first time I used it, I felt like I was going to slide into the pins, it was so slippery. After a few frames it was sliding like I expect my shoe to slide. It's only been a couple of months, so I can't speak to it's longevity, but I don't see any evidence of it breaking down so far. If you have problems sticking, this will be a good solution. Highly recommended.

I bowl at an alley that has alot of kid traffic & the approach is not always good. These really help with the slide

Shoe life extender
I have cheap bowling shoes and the slide sole began to wear out but the rest of the shoe was fine. Being a cheap person I didn't want to replace something prematurely so I thought I'd give this a try. I've used it multiple times a week for two months now and it's still in great shape. I'm a size 12 and the fit on my shoe is very tight so I'd suggest looking at something else if you're over a 12.

Perfect for keeping a consistent slide.
I typically use the s8 sliding pad, but when lanes get sticky, going to an s9 or s10 sliding sole makes things to slick.This product keeps my slide consistent no matter the approach conditions. Super happy. It’s well made and a necessity in the bag.
