The table top arrived a month earlier than the base and the box and table were badly damaged. I contacted the company, Baycheer, and said the top was damaged and I did not want the table…stop the base from being delivered. They said I would have to wait until the base arrived, no tracking info since it ships from China, as I’d then I could return the table. That was unacceptable to me, especially since it was damaged. Luckily Amazon refunded my purchase. When the base arrived I notified the company and they wanted me to unpack it and send photos before they wanted to start the “return”. Here was another hard no from me, I didn’t want to unpack the base and then be responsible for it, so I took a photo and told them to send me a return label before I continued my negative reporting to Amazon. One last terrible thing, they sent a FedEx label and said I needed to coordinate the pickup. Maybe I’m missing something but coordinating a pickup when it’s not something you are paying for doesn’t seem to be an easy process. Maybe if there was a FedEx center in my town I wouldn’t care as much, but the nearest place for me to drop this off is 30 minutes away. Once again Amazon service was great and refunded my purchase, they gave me a UPS label for the top, and I’m trying to do the right thing by returning the base, but I’m just about done with this stupid table. If you want to roll the dice and possibly have a 2 month headache then good luck to you. Last but not least, the quality of the table was bad, so do yourself a favor and buy something else.

After measuring out to drill all the holes evenly since there were not pre measured holes, it’s BEAUTIFUL. I figured attaching the base to the tabletop would be a simple job. I get compliments on this table constantly and I love it so much. It feels like a very high quality piece and is very heavy, but set up isn’t simple.

The color of the table is not the same as pictured. I was hoping to get a lighter wood color like the one in the picture but the one that I got was a orange wood color. The table also came with no instructions to put together & a random black tabletop ? I waited very long for it & this was a disappointment to say the least.

Very poor quality for the price tag. Can see the glue where the fluting is done. The wood of the table itself is very cheap feeling. Came without holes drilled in so you would need to do it yourself. No instructions unless you email the seller and then they will send you them. Waited several weeks to receive this poor quality table. Return is such a hassle too as Amazon provides one label only when the table comes shipped in 2 separate boxes. The seller took forever to send the labels. Still waiting on my refund.

The table came without instructions but the company sent me a pdf and were very helpful and seemed to really care about their customers. The table is beautiful and well made :)

This table is awful and to return it is possible. The quality is unfinished, raw and looks like some of the wood has mold in it. It came in two boxes with no instructions on how to put it together and the screws don’t even fit in the hole. I’m trying to return it but they only sent one shipping label (that I will have to pay for) when the item came on 2 boxes. DO NOT BUY, not worth the money!

The base of the table looks fluted in the picture and has rounded curves. In reality, it is flatter than that and the bottom ring touching the floor has the same circumference as the base. (In the picture it looks slightly smaller). In addition the finish is raw wood and the wood forming the base is not all the same color.If you end up buying this please be aware it is not exactly the same as the photo.As far as assembly goes it came with 4 screws ONLY. I used that to mount the top round base with the square piece of wood sandwiched in between this topper and the pedestal stand. I then had to buy 4 machine flat top screws at Home Depot to mount the square piece of wood with the pedestal base. (In my case I did not need to drill any holes as there were enough holes/8 in total) I also want to add that the entire box was wrapped in a crate. I had to purchase a saw just to break that open.
