Great phone
2 months and phone stopped working. No response from seller

Perfect!
Great price & came in perfect condition. It also came super fast, original delivery date was a month out but came in a week & a half! My husband loves it. He just slapped his T-Mobile SIM card in it & was good to go!

Love it despite issue
I really like this phone. I am still using it and it works great. Only one problem was when an update was made and the phone would not turn back on. A message from Samsung revealed that they were aware of that glitch and asked that the phone be brought in to a representative to get corrected. I had to pay for that to be done but after that I had no issues.

A23 dead after firmware update
Its a known issue of the faulty firmware update that Samsung admits to. The firmware update will stop the phone from working when you try to reboot it, or it may just stop working at any time.But because this is an international version purchased from Amazon in the USA, Samsung will not honor fixing it as it has no warranty. Samsung has been aware of the issue for a couple of months now, but has not put out another firmware update to correct the issue.This will be the last Samsung product I ever purchase. Not just because of my phone issue, but of other underhanded practices of refusal to honor warranties to customers of other products also. YouTuber Louis Rossmann gives further of their exploits.

This phone has many updates from my old phone. Still learning setup and operationalmethods. owned only a few days. I believe this item will serve me well for many years,especially with the ability to update.

Great phone! Not a CDMA phone
Great phone works fantastic! The phone can only be used on MDA network not CDMA!The camera takes some pretty good and has good quality ear and loud speaker.
