Absolutely recommend this scanner. I first fell in love with it at work and have since purchased one for myself at home! It's very easy to set up using the website. It's very quiet and works well for scanning, downloading, and sending through fax as a pdf. I highly recommend getting one and it's a great space saver also!

I ordered it and the right side by 3 inches was blurry in color and when scanning in Black and White was not missing. So when scanning 3 and a half inches on one side was not scanning so the scanner was not working properly. Since this is refurbished, I contacted supplier to see if they could send me another one and they did not get back to me. I was willing to try again, but to no avail (no one contacted me). I returned and I will try a different supplier.

Good quality but dirty cleaned it and it works well.

This scanner was shipped fast and in perfect condition. The model itself was easy to install and use and is very fast.

I received the wrong item so I had to return it! I love Fujitsu scanners and was looking forward to getting one, but the packaging got mixed up, so I ended up with the wrong item. Made me extremely sad!

Required by IT department this specific model. Had to buy it refurbished. Very difficult setup and the images scanned are grainy and very poor quality
