Initially a slight problem with delivery but the seller was very quick to respond with reassurances,The bike itself is surprisingly good quality,Came without so much as a hair line scratch,very well packaged and straight forward to assemble,This has got to be one of the most stylish ebikes out there and so far works very well, batt good to, I would defo recommend this little beauty,

I bought this e-bike for my wife and she is over the moon with the ease and performance of it.the bike arrived with a well packed box. I only had to attatch the peddles , handbars and front wheel. took about an hour to unpack and assemble. really easy to do.we have taken it for a 14 mile ride on all surfaces and it came up trumps. really good bike !

I can’t really find many faults. It’s a heavy bike, but the battery is large and it’s the sum of parts that makes it heavy overall.The range is excellent when the battery worksQuality seems, so far after 100 miles, to be really good.The screen is hard to read in bright conditions.Edit: battery failed after 4 months. Eskute replaced it (2 year warranty) quickly in a couple of weeks.Edit 2: This battery has also failed now, after being ultra careful with charging, keeping the battery indoors etc. so in 18 months (within the 2 year battery warranty) two batteries have failed. Eskute have been informedEdit3: Eskute telling me they are ignoring the 2 year battery warranty I bought and only cover 1 year. This is not legal surely, I will go to small claims court if necessaryI have reported to Amazon, a chance to see if Amazon help their loyal customers?Edit4: Eskute agreed I should have a new battery free of charge, I returned my failed one in February, it is now May and I’m being told another month. Yet they can sell bikes with a battery?So now no battery at all. Amazon needs to assist in this

This is my first e bike and i am very impressed with it . It is Same as described 😍 bike looks so good and very comfortable to ride .i am very happy to purchase it . Also Battery life is long and instructions are so clear , there is no difficulty to assemble .

I have been using this bike since last June.What I can say in four words? - I would not recommend.* Application is useless and very buggy. They haven't updated it since last year's release.* Odometer doesn't work, it resets every 20-30 km (on some bikes could work)* Battery failed after 10 months of moderate and careful usage. Upd.:got replacement in two months.* Charger extremely hot and sticker on it melted a little bit. Don't leave it unattended!* I hear rubbing sound when motor assisting on 5th level. Didn't manage to identify source of the sound, however it rubs only when motor works.My previous review:It's a good bike, but not the best.Build quality may vary from instance to instance.I recommend bringing it to a mechanic for service first.It's good and does his job well :)

This is common problem with these bikes I should have a new battery sent out I can return the old oneThis bike has been used weekly so battery’s should not be dead after 18 months

This ebike has had 2 batteries fail in the 18 months I have had the the bike.They replaced one which had then failed again. They know there is a battery issue but have never address it. They now say buy a new one, but my original warranty was 2 years for battery. They also say no stock till April. That's because they have to keep replacing them. If you buy these bikes it is a risk.

Bonito diseño, robusta y calidad buena para su rango. Funciona correctamente y la asistencia cumple de sobras en cuestas inclinadas de exigencia media.Pesa bastante pero se mueve con soltura, lo más incómodo el sillin.El servicio postventa muy eficiente, tuve un problema con un componente y se esforzaron por resolverlo, buena comunicación.Contento con la compra.

E' una bici solida con una buona batteria, adatta alla strada e offroad leggero, ha tutto quello che serve per esplorare in un raggio di 50/60 km, poi si puo' sempre pedalare con i muscoli

Bicicleta un poco pesada pero con buena autonomía, compramos 2 para escapadas de fin de semana y va muy bien, nos daba miedo el servicio post venta pero tuvimos un problema unos meses después de la compra con una batería y nos la remplazaron sin ningún problema.

La bici ha un motore potente ma molto fluido nell’erogazione, permette una buona gestione nel tecnico. Un po’ pesante ma molto equilibrata nella guida su ogni tipo di terreno. Utilizzata poco ma al momento soddisfatto.

El producto me viene con alguna tara como la arandela de ajuste fino de la horquilla rota o la batería muerta.Nada que no se pueda solucionar, lo mejor es el timbre integrado en la maneta, lo peor los frenos para una bici de ese peso.
