witch one do i start with ?

Start with the 4 mg. If they are too much snap them in half. Then step down to 2mg and snap them in half. Use less over time and do not smoke.

Do these taste like nicorette brand lozenges? i don't like the flavor of the generic ones from wal-mart, walgreens, cvs, etc.

The taste is neutral no flavours.I like it very much and I am using it for almost 2 years.I could not tolerate nicorette, it awful , upsetting and made me nauseated.
