What case would fit these?

There is no specific case for these but they will fit in most accessory bags

Are these good for noise cancellation?

For noise cancellation these headphones are great for background noise cancellation. I use them on my electronic and acoustic drum kits they are very good. I think they are much better than my AKG headphones for noise cancellation.

Are these headphones loud, when you crank them up?

I use them on my Roland TD12, and I don't have the module volume on full. They are plenty loud, and I do heavy rock drums.

Will normal ear defenders do the same job as these?

Yes, normal ear defenders do the same job as these I suggest you purchase ZOHAN 030 Kids ear defenders, that ear defenders are designed for kids.
