My fridge is a little older but it still purrs like new I just couldn't find a filter at reasonable price.. until Amazon! Now I can use my water and ice maker on the fridge

Great filter.
The improvement in water taste is very noticeable. It is excellent. Be careful when selecting your filter for your Fridgidaire Gallery series refrigerator. There is another filter option that will fit depending on model. However, your refrigerator will not be able to accurately monitor the time to change the the other filter option because that option does not have the required chip at the end that inserts into place to do so.

Factory Replacement
Works like expected. Easy install and no problems like many experience with 3rd party replacements. A bit more expensive but I’m satisfied

It works for my fridge
It has been 6 months since we purchased the fridge and the filter works perfectly. It is just the pricing that is not too friendly.
