## Description

Product description Use a rotary tool or drill with a polishing pad to restore the original clarity of glass, removing imperfections, haziness, fine scratches, sanding marks, limescale, chemical stains, and adhesive residue. ADD WATER Mix 4 parts cerium oxide with 1 part water, adjusting the water as needed for the desired consistency. MIX Stir with a spoon or similar tool until the paste reaches a smooth, consistent texture. APPLY Apply the prepared cerium oxide paste to a felt pad or an equivalent polishing pad. START POLISHING Start the polishing device at a low speed (500–1000 RPM) and evenly spread the paste across the damaged area. KEEP POLISHING Increase the speed to 1500–2500 RPM and move the tool in overlapping side-to-side and up-and-down motions. SPRAY WATER If the paste begins to dry out, spray a small amount of water or apply more paste. Continue polishing until the desired results are achieved.

Review: Glass Polish Pro Cerium Oxide - Worked Very Well to polish out car windows that were Heavily encrusted with minerals deposits and one window i foolishy put scratches using scrub pad. Mated with 5" wool pad on AC drill using at recommended speed & water mix produced higher polish than a new front window on another vehicle. A little goes a long way, I used half container for 8 coats on all windows 2007 Mustang coup.
Review: For light to whisp scratches, deep scratches will take much longer - This is a polish not a scratch remover. Yes it can take time to polish fine jewelry. Ive seen reviews complaining about removing scratches, you can polish the scratches and buff them out over time. I spent about 2 hrs with a drill pad on my watch, it still has scratches because they are deep, but they have dissipated. So if you had a 12 by 12 piece of glass, id expect atleast 144 hours on deep scratch removal. Its not for that. But yes you can attempt to remove them, which you should. Some light scratching on my watch is now perfectly polished. My watch is now wearable again

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you know how many macrons u need?**
A: Hi,
The micron level is a measure of the size of the cutting particles, so the higher the more aggressive the cut. Typically, if your fingernail gets caught on the scratch, you will need to start with the highest micron level mix, then follow up with one of their polishing liquid products. I use this brand to repair watch crystals and I highly recommend.
Hope this helps!

**Q: For how long can I store the product when it is already prepared?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to recommend mixing a small portion of the product only when needed. If you have already mixed a larger batch and left it sitting on the shelf, it is possible that the cerium oxide will separate from the water over time. In such cases, you will need to remix the product and add more cerium to the mixture. Please note that non-mixed cerium oxide does not have a specific shelf life.

**Q: We have etched crystal gorham bowls, your video shows use on a flat surface. How do I do it on an etched syrface?**
A: If you see the etching has high and low spots I would try using a piece of denim material and the cerium oxide to polish the un etched surfaces, good luck. The cerium oxide should do the polishing job fine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Takes a lot of effort

I purchased the Glass Polish pads and backing pad for use with a hand held drill and watched their video. It polished the glass, making it cleaner and feel smoother but didn't fully remove the 30+ years of accumulated water spots from my sliding glass doors. Prior to that I tried a straight white vinegar solution as well. Working on a vertical surface seems more difficult than a horizontal surface would be. Given more time and effort I'm sure it could get the job done.
