Mac N Cheese Cheddar Cheese Powder

Yes this is made by Kraft and no it's not the powder Kraft uses in it's macaroni and Cheese HOWEVER it is much better. This Powder goes with everything, Soups, Meats, use it in a seasoning mixture. I personally love to use this powder on any flavor of Takis. The best Takis to use this powder with in my humble opinion is BLUE HEAT. Grab a bag and grab at least 6 table spoons of the powder and dump in the bag and close and shake the bag. Open the bag and each Taki will be generously covered and will taste amazing.TLDR: Tastes great on everything, Yes this is made by Kraft and no it's not the powder used in Mac but much better.Pro'sPriceColorTasteCon'sDoesn't last long enough lol

Reminds me of the old Kraft powdered cheese in the shaker that I grew up with. Perfect in pasta and popcorn

This product is HORRIBLE! I wish there was a negative rating to give. No matter how much you use, there is no flavour, whatsoever. There is a no return policy. The company should be returning people’s money for this nasty powder. I can’t believe kraft let’s its name be associated with this product. It’s so bright in color, it could glow in the dark.

If you're just looking for powdered cheese to sprinkle on popcorn, this will be the trick.If you're looking for a way to make cheese sauce to use in your cooking, you may or may not be satisfied with this. Some people will find the flavor agreeable, some won't. It's not terrible, but it's not remarkable either. If you're looking for something that approximate the cheese sauce powder that comes in a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese, this will suffice. You'll need to heat the butter and milk, and then get the cheese powder to dissolve in it, which isn't as easy as you might expect. It's helpful to have a hand blender. Once you have the sauce at the consistency you want, it is possible to vary the flavor profile, for example, by adding smoke flavor, or chili flakes, or bacon, etc.Although I didn't hate it, and if it was the only thing I had on hand I would use it, but personally I'm not likely to purchase this again. For the price of a package of cheese sauce powder, I can buy 3 lb of cheddar for 6 lb of Velveeta to make my own cheese sauce by adding it to a bechamel. Velveeta can also be melted into a cheese sauce as is, without adding anything. For me, the cheese sauce powder ended up feeling like the gimmick that wasn't all that useful, and for the price, they were better alternatives.

This tastes how I remember Kraft tasting many years ago. Before they lost that vibrant ultra orange color. The bag shipped with a very small hole in the folds of the package, I felt okay using it but it got day-glo orange cheese powder all on the inside of the packaging. Thank goodness it wasn’t shipped with any other items lol

I have seen people say this is not exactly like Kraft ..... I can't tell the difference in taste. It arrived in good condition, and tastes great. I do think it is priced a bit high but other than that "Nothing Else Matters"

Don't waste your time and money on this product. It's not even close to Kraft's powdered cheese. The taste is off and bland needs salt and a Kraft cheese slice for creaminess. It seems mostly just a ton of dye.

I love, specifically, Kraft and have always loved adding (doctored up) ground beef, sausage, or even hot dogs. When you do this, it cuts the cheese (no pun intended) quite a bit, so being able add additional cheese without wasting another box of noodles is what makes this product a staple in my home.
