Great stickiness and strength. I use this mostly for taping ankle for sports (over a pre-wrap base.) It doesn’t come unstuck with sweat or heavy usage. It is difficult to tear, which is to be expected. It’ll work just as well for taping hands for boxing but note that it is a couple of inches wide so you’ll have to do some finessing for finger strips and stuff like that.

Value for your money, the stickiness lasted the entire practice

okay, so far i've only used 1 roll of this, but i had to put in my 2 cents worth. i've tried other brands, this one works the best for me. i use it to tape the bottom of my feet for plantar's fascitis and was happy to have found this brand. the main points: 1. it's easy to get off the roll, even down to the end! with others, it took a herculean effort to get a strip off about halfway through the roll-but not this! just as easy from start to finish. 2. it stayed stuck-now i do use a compression sleeve over this then a sock, so not sure how it would be with just a sock. stays on even in Arizona heat and feet sweating. 3. no residue and easy to remove-so far i haven't had any trouble with splitting of skin due to tape being too sticky and excessive skin pulling. maybe this first roll is a fluke, but i am going to be buying more!

Works well. Leaves a bit of glue residue but it is super easy to remove.

This is not actually M tape. The tape I received was by dynarex. It doesn't have the same texture as M tape, but it's not bad for the price. Both J&J and M tape are of better quality. If you truly want M tape you should confirm with the seller what it is you're ordering prior to purchase. I purchased from Health-360 , other sellers may offer actual M tape. The dynarex tape has sufficient adhesive , it just isn't as thick or breathable. It's more like medical tape instead of athletic tape. It's still close enough to use for the price. I'm going with 3 stars, -1 for quality, -1 because this isn't the product that was displayed during purchase. *I'm updating the review after a few days of actual use. This tape is honestly as good or better than M tape. I've used it to wrap my ankles for 3 days and can now say I'm completly satisfied with the product. I'm changing the review from 3 to 4 stars. This is good quality tape.

I have been using this tape for about three years. I have used other band names and so far this is what has worked the best for me... I used it for my wrist to play tennis three to four times a week. I used a pre-wrap. With the sweat all tapes lose adhesion, so I use a Wrist band to keep the moisture out of the tape...

Was tired of buying tape every week or paying the ridiculous fee at the gym when my kid bought it there so was happy to see this bundle for a decent price. Works well and I’m sure we will be buying again.

I have been very happy with the performance of this athletic tape. I only have one complaint, and that is, at the very peak of the summer heat when I was sweating a great deal, the adhesive actually separated from the tape due to the heat and the amount of sweat that I created. But the performance overall, minus like a week over the summer has been fantastic compared to other athletic tapes that I have tried. Would definitely recommend.
