This might be the worst product that I bought from Amazon. Doesn't fit properly as they mention, giving discomfort and even big pain on your jaws.

It fit well and I have been sleeping well using it for a week and my wife confirmed that I am not snoring anymore while using it. But I woke up every morning with tighted jaw muscles that prevent me to eat breakfast. By the lunch time my jaw is back to normal position. I think I will use it only on the days that my wife complains that I am snoring too much.

My experience with the anti-snoring product from ZQUIET has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite its hefty price tag, the product not only failed to address my snoring issue but also exacerbated it. My partner confirms that my snoring persists, leaving me still searching for a solution. Moreover, using the product caused discomfort and problems in my mouth, leading to additional issues rather than alleviating them. It's clear that this product is not only ineffective but also harmful. Adding insult to injury, dealing with ZQUIET as a company has been equally disappointing. Their promises of a solution to snoring are nothing but empty marketing tactics to lure in unsuspecting customers. The product they sell is nothing short of garbage, and I feel utterly cheated out of my hard-earned money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ZQUIET products at all costs. They are a fraudulent company peddling useless products, and purchasing from them is a complete waste of money.

Thank you for creating this mouth device. I've been using size 2 ( 6mm ) like 1 hour before bed, then I switch to the other one 2mm, it's helping a lot. Also getting the right pillow size helps. Using a firm 2 inches high memory foam. What a nightmare to sleep before it was. Update: only using the size 2 now. I guess I needed the 6mm. I am recording my sleep for the past 2wks and NO SNORING! Thank you so much for the decision to create this device. My sleep, overall well-being is being restored. ❤️

it was delivered with an open package and probably the delivery guy took the mouthpiece and only left the cleaner spray... i tried to claim it with amazon but i was never refunded... poor poor poor product and customer service stay away i then purchased a second one and this doesn't work at all...hurts and i still snore like a hog and i am not overweight by any means...i found another product that does the trick but since this is NOT a fake review i will not mention the name of the product that i use currently....i am just bummed out overall by this purchasing nightmare

Not very comfortable. Lowers your snoring a bit, but doesn't stop it completely.

This really works for me! My snoring went away on the first night and I breathe a whole lot more easily while sleeping.
