Doesn't work like I hoped it would
I wanted to like this and I thought the description sounded great. However, I couldn't get it to lift the furniture more than a small fraction of an inch, not enough to get a good quality slider under it. The description doesn't specify whether the sliders included are for hard surface floors or carpet. There are definitely two types of sliders and these look like the carpet style to me. I would be afraid to use them on our new hard surface flooring. I am returning it.

DOES NOT WORK ON CARPET
Worthless on carpeting. Sinks down into carpet and lift is only an inch to start with. Not even a half inch of lift on carpet. Waste of time and effort. Returned it.

Don't use on wood floors, they scratch.
Don't use on wood floors! It scratches them. I liked the help of the lifting tool but needed something for my hardwood floors. This not only left a scratch but also left a grey streak where the color of the pad came off on my floors. I would not recommend these for anything other than maybe carpet.
