MotoArt introduces the first Boeing 707 PlaneTags to join our Boeing family of aircraft in the PlaneTags collection. Our newest PlaneTags are made from a 707-330 built in 1965 that was delivered to Lufthansa Airlines as D-ABUF before starting its second, more distinguished life as N88ZL. As a Lowa Limited charter jet, 8ZL carried some of the biggest names in music, foreign dignitaries, and other famous persons. The 707, Boeing’s first jetliner, is a long-range, narrow-body aircraft that first flew in 1957 and was instrumental in ushering in a new age of passenger air travel. The first of a widely successful and prolific family of aircraft, the Boeing 707 dominated passenger transport during the 1960s and well into the 1970s.
