Q: Do these run small for men?

I bought this suit according to my height, so it wasn't to short. But it appeared to wide for me (lose at body area), so I had to redo it and make more narrow. ALso the neck area was to wide. Now it fit good.

Q: Could an xsmall fit 4'10 and 75#??

I think it would, I purchased this for a costume for my daughter she is about that height at 120 lbs and it fit great

Q: can you hot glue things onto it?

Yeah, but it’ll last one use since your body heat will melt it a bit causing it to lose glue strength. I’d suggest super glue, but something between layers to prevent sticking it to the backside

Q: can you hot glue things to it without it falling off ever?

Hot glue itself is not a permanent adhesive, so I'd say no, but it may last a night or so
