Don’t waste your time with ANYTHING else
I just want to take a second and thank this company for putting a product on the market that actually works without hours of configuration, tweaking, setting up, and constantly changing.Words can’t express how easy this thing is to set up. Out of the box, plug it in, connect to WiFi, and you’re ready to print within 5 minutes. The first label I printed came out perfectly. Centered on the label, fit proportionately to the label, clear, smooth, and completely legible. It works like any other large printer, and is listed as a printer selection on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone. I can’t speak to how this would work for PC, or Android. But it works flawless with Apple products. To say this is worth the extra money is the understatement of the year. If you don’t want to mess with a ton of settings, configurations, or waste time connecting to your printer. Don’t buy anything else. You WILL be disappointed. Spend the extra few bucks and get the Rollo! This is the 3rd or 4th label printer I have tried. And will most certainly be the last. I am absolutely blown away at the quality of the device, their app, and interface. Every other printer, or company that makes these things should be ashamed of themselves. Unless you enjoy fiddling with software to get things just right, don’t bother with the other turds on the market. It takes quite a bit to impress me as much as this little thing has. Rollo, you have made a tried and true fanboy/customer for life! I was not compensated, coerced, encouraged, or asked to write this. I paid full retail for this printer, and would do it again in a heartbeat!

This company is doing it, right
I ordered two other thermal printers, a little bit cheaper, by $100. I ended up returning them they said they worked wirelessly with Max, but they were very difficult to set up. Get it to work. And it was hard to talk to somebody at Customer service because they’re only available when I’m at work and don’t have the machine and the instructions weren’t that good so I thought I might as well try something more expensive and ROLLO has not disappointed. I had issues with it connecting to my printer and my phone and I could not get it to print right so I tried the telephone number at like 10 o’clock at night. It said they weren’t available. Somebody called me back within 20 minutes. I thought it was a spam call so I didn’t answer so I left them an email the next morning on a Saturday before I was even able to see if they were open. Call me back. We figured it out then I get off the phone with them could not get it to print right and she walked me through it again. All I had to do is email them and they call you. I couldn’t get my offbrand stickers to print correctly so she said I will send you our brand of stickers free of charge so you can check it out. Make sure it works and if it doesn’t call us or email us and we will troubleshoot and make sure it works for you. They just made it so simple and easy for somebody. That’s trying to start their own business and work a full-time job on top of it. I was just very impressed. You can tell it’s a good product and it plays well with Mac and the other companies were not easy. I highly recommend spending more money, especially if it’s for your business. It is 1 million times worth it.

Rollo Wireless Shipping Label Printer Review
The Rollo Wireless Shipping Label Printer initially presented itself as an ideal solution for our business's labeling needs. Its compact and small footprint was a major draw, fitting perfectly into our office setup. The device's quick and efficient connectivity was another point in its favor, suggesting a high degree of user-friendliness and convenience.Unfortunately, the printer's performance in print quality and alignment severely undermines its initial promise. A staggering 90% of the time, the printer fails to produce straight prints, resulting in labels that are skewed or angled. This issue is not just a minor inconvenience but a significant operational hurdle, especially when precision is vital for return labels or inventory tags.Comparatively, the print quality is alarmingly poor. When stacked against other printers in the market, the Rollo falls embarrassingly short. This deficiency is acutely felt with smaller labels, where the poor resolution renders QR codes unscannable—a critical flaw for any modern business relying on barcode technology for inventory or shipping. We have incredible resources and high technology to easily print high quality images, it is beyond frustrating to try to print quality images on this device. We cannot explain how poor this printer is with multiple applications trying to print on this device.Adding to the disappointment is the printer's accessory, a plastic tray with a wheel, which we found to be more cumbersome than helpful. Far from enhancing the printer's functionality, this attachment turned out to be clunky and counterproductive. In summary, the Rollo Wireless Shipping Label Printer is a letdown for any business application. While its design and connectivity initially impressed, the critical flaws in print quality and alignment, coupled with impractical accessories, render it unfit for professional use. The investment in additional labels and accessories, made in the hope of improving our packaging and inventory labeling process, has regrettably resulted in a waste of resources. We are now compelled to seek alternative labeling solutions, as the Rollo printer falls woefully short of our business needs.
