This item has become my best golf warm up trainer!
At first I saw a video of this product on Amazon, bought it out of curiosity, and thought I would return it if I didn't like it, but now it has become my best golf warm up trainer.Best of all, I love this item because it's the only golf swing trainer for backswing tempo. This item has the sound bar inside the grip so I can hear the 'click' sound when I backswing and pause. Thanks to this item, I got into the habit of waiting without rushing after my backswing. It may be unnecessary for golfers who don't think backswing tempo is important, but it's 1.5-2 times heavier than a golf club, so it's well worth it as a warm-up & power trainer. No more power training with two golf clubs! It's longer than winner spirit miracle 201, so it may not be usable in tight spaces, but I use this item not only to practice in my backyard, but also on the driving range and field for swing tempo and warm-up.As a result, my distance has improved a lot compared to before, and the number of miss shots caused by the fast backswing has decreased a lot.I highly recommend this item to golfers who make miss shots due to the fast backswing tempo and those who need power training. However, this item is not recommended for professional golfers who can control or are already familiar with the fast swing tempo.A fast-tempo backswing and a slow-tempo backswing have their pros and cons, and it is recommended to do the backswing at a tempo that suits you. However, for most golf beginners, the fast-tempo causes the swing posture to collapse and cause miss shots. And lastly, it is recommended to watch the video rather than the instruction in the enclosed manual.

Best Golf Swing Tempo and Impact Improvement Aid!
Works great.I usually play twice a week but I always had a problem with the tempo of my back swing. This aid helped me to practice my swing so that I would have consistent rhythm and make sure to impact at the correct area. I noticed that my impact sound came too early during my down swing when I first started using this aid. After practicing a few days I can already see an improvement in my swing with the impact making a sound in the correct impact area. This has helped me with my swings when I play at the field as well and now my swings are more accurate. You can really get the tempo feel with this and I find a few minutes is quite a workout. Definitely feel the muscles in my back working. Encourages proper balance due to the weight as well.

Well-made but comes with no instructions
I am kind of lost on how to use this trainer effectively. Furthermore, I am also unsure what it is designed to teach. I hear clicks on the back swing and on the down swing, but I have no idea whether that is a good thing or a bad thing. Feedback is pretty much useless when I don't know how to use it correctly. I don't want to blindly swing with it and unknowingly develop bad habits. Why wasn't an instruction manual included or even some teaching videos available online. The trainer is really well-made, and I like the quality. I hate that there is no direction, which renders it pretty much useless.

LOVE IT - WEIGHT IN SHAFT CAN STICK A BIT, THOUGH
This was a nice "get back into my game" tool to evaluate and review for y'all. My recent golf acquisitions have been more short game tools, and it was time to get the big swing back into shape. This was aces for a good, pre-practice stretch! Start out slow with short swings and work up so that you're not trying to get stiff joints and tight muscles to flex (I know, I know, who doesn't want to swing from the rafters on the first swing? We all do, but if you want to keep swinging, and ultimately swing better, warm up first!).This was a Pavlovian tool for me as well, ha ha. Every time I reached the top of my backswing, I could hear college golf instructor #2 screaming "CLUB UP!" which, if he's still around, should make him happy. He did a great job drilling that into my brain. But when I got my club up there as instructed, sure enough, the club did it's own gentle reminder of "Hey, great job, club up!"This is also gonna help you get your loose wrist action going so you get that extra snap on your swing. The impact sound is delicious - makes me wish I was hitting a real ball. The weight in the top of the club seemed to stick a little bit. If they'd put a little graphite powder in at the factory, that might help. Not sure what's causing it to stick on some days and not others, although it could be temperature? It has been hot here and anything dark colored will get hot and heat makes things swell, so..?Am I a masochist to wish all my clubs were this heavy? I like the proprioception this device imparts by knowing where that clubhead is at all times. Granted, I've played steel shafts for years, so A) I AM a masochist and B) I could probably get better proprioception with graphite shafts. This is a great practice tool. As far as price versus payoff, I know I've bought and NOT USED about ten times this amount in other practice gear that didn't work or didn't work out. This works. For a simple stick with two weights and a heavy bottom, it teaches you a lot - as long as you get it out and use it.FOUR STARSWOULD BE FIVE STARS IF THE WEIGHT IN THE SHAFT DID NOT STICK - DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS UNVERSAL OR I JUST GOT ONE OF THE ODD ONES?

Backswing Tempo Controller + Power Training = Best Golf Warm Up Stick!
The backswing tempo controller soundbar to check the backswing tempo and the weighted club 1.5 times heavier than a club for power training and warm-up, I am satisfied with this item only with these two features.I was hesitant to buy this at first after reading a review on Amazon that it was expensive or compared to the orange whip or the lag club, but eventually I found that someone did not understand this item designed for the above two points and left feedback of the wrong point. In addition to features such as a backswing tempo controller soundbar and weighted club, this item also has features such as Impact Checker and Flexible Shaft, which are really helpful for swing tempo and power training.

Trash
Trash - it does nothing for your swing. An over priced warm up club.
