Taking since 2 weeks now I can say that it was worth to try it. To be honest I felt changes on the second days already. Felt more powerful and energetic. I am on my feet all day do 12 hours, and I can do more easily than before. I am really happy I have found a product that contains lots of Vitamin. I miss only Vitamin K. Easy to take, really made me feel better and more energetic from the first day of taking! Will stick to this now as have wasted loads of money on vitamins that do nothing! Used to take another really good one buy no longer available as they cannot source the ingredients for some reason so I am really pleased that these vitamins make me feel alive again, especially after the miserable autumn and winter we have had weather-wise!
