Worked for a contractor for over 20 years and have installed numerous sink baskets. Wish I would have use these. Everything installs from the top and no plumbers putty required. You don’t need a second person for the install.

It’s the easiest to install kitchen sink drain you could buy out there, and leakproof. You could use a coin quarter or any piece of metal and hold it with a grip pliers or any pair of pliers you may have onto the screw. You could also use the round back of a finished wood nail to align the rubber casket washer under the sink onces you had tightened the drain to keep it from getting kink. Please view the pictures for reference. Cause a screwdriver just won’t do !

I found this to be a quality made sink drain, however the connection bolt (if that's what it's called) that holds the top part to the bottom part needs to be about 3/8" or so longer. The rubber gasket between the bottom part and the bottom of the sink is so thick the bolt wouldn't reach between the two parts to fasten them together. Once the gasket was compressed enough to get the bolt started it worked fine, but compressing it was a problem. If the connection bolt was just a little longer this install would have been so much easier.

This looks well made and the gold color is perfect...like a 24kt. gold color. I was worried it would be a very dark gold but it’s not. Can’t wait to have it installed. I will update in the future to show how this holds up to everyday use.

Exactly what I was looking for. Seems good quality with a nice finish. Now when I tried to install it, you can`t cause the dam connector screw is too short. They do this on purpose so you will have to buy an extended screw from them at 20.00. I have just a regular sink, not a special granite or thick sink. Scammers

My sink was thick, but within tolerance of the diagram in the description. If I pushed hard enough it might have fit, but I wouldn't have trusted it because the screw wouldn't have had much thred involved. A longer screw is another $19, as they say - that's how they gitcha. So this was returned for a different model.

Never fixed anything plumbing related. But our kitchen sink sprung a leak. Assumed it was the cheap plastic sink drain previous owners had.Got this in 24 hours, installed in 5 mins max with no experience needed. Can tell it is really well made.

This product was very easy and quick to install. I would definitely recommend it.
