Liqui Moly Catalytic System Clean 300 ml 7110. Cleans The Injection System and The Combustion Chamber.

Works really really well in my 2019 Subaru ascent.

No snake oil here this product is the real deal. I was very skeptical when my 2005 Honda CR-V started throwing the dreaded P0420 code. For about six months, I kept resetting the check engine light, only to have it come back every time. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this product a try. To be clear, it wasn’t an instant fix. I used the entire bottle and ran 93-octane premium fuel as reviews directed. It took about two to three full tank refills before I noticed the difference but eventually the P0420 code disappeared and hasn’t returned. If you’re expecting overnight results, this probably isn’t for you. In my experience, it takes some time to work, but it was well worth the patience.

I did the mistake of not checking oil and fluid levels regularly and my 2016 CRV had apparently gone almost dry on oil, the coolant was gone and the car had become sluggish and I got used to it without realizing. Thankfully got oil replenished, refilled coolant and all that but as the car groaned back to life slowly, the check engine light kept coming up with P0420 code. Figured I will give this a try after a google search recommended Cataclean, which is priced higher. Known about this brand, so ordered it, got fast and added to the gas tank. A trip on the freeway i managed to hit 80mph, something that wasn't possible a while ago without the car shuddering. When I restarted to return, the code had gone, no engine light. This is within the first 100 miles. The car is getting better at response. I think I will add another bottle after a few refuelling, presuming that it washed away the gumming, helping with smooth engine performance.

I tried this mainly to clean my cats. It sadly didn't work for that at all. It did however work great as a basic fuel system cleaner. It smoothed out my idle and cleaned my O2 sensors they were a bit lazy before using this product now they switch fast like they are supposed too. In terms of my recommendation I say use as a fuel system cleaner. Or if your cats aren't too clogged in my case I bought an old neglected used car that likely had that problem for years. So I don't think any pour in tank cleaner would work in my case. However if your car just started having cat issues. This might work?? I think it's worth a try at least and isn't much more expensive than a basic fuel system cleaner so why not?

Check engine light turned off within minutes, engine is running smoother, bad smell stopped.

I dont leave many reviews but it was such a shock it worked after trying so hard to dix this car that i wanted to let people know it work. 2008 750li bmw had code p0430. I tried a few methods to clear code but didnt work. Even tried the gal of paint laquer in the gas tank but no go. To apply the Moly, I used a vacuum line from the intake manifold to suck in the Moly. Tons of smoke from esxhaust, it ran poorly and caused it to stall during the 10 min of applying moly. I thought I ruined my engine it was knocking, sputtering, and lots of smoke. After 20min of easy driving the car came to life, drove better and p0430 code never came back. Know how fast and how much should go into the intake is the tricky thing to know. Each car is different so you needs to figure out your own way to apply the moly.

Before I knew my catalytic converters were all the way degraded, I had a p0430 code that I wanted to try to eliminate. I read that Liqui Moly's cleaner is effective, so I gave it a try. It worked for a good 1K miles, so if you need to pass emissions, this might work for you. The p0430 returned, but thankfully I don't live in a emissions testing county. If you have any oil leaks, especially valve cover gaskets, do not do the "Italian tuneup", where you drive the hell out of the car with just Liqui Moly in the tank (or just about). That was a disaster and oil mist got on everything, making a manageable situation far worse. Follow the instructions and drive the car as usual.

HONESTLY, I AM NOT SURE IF THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS, BUT, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF, THEN CAME BACK ON THE NEXT DAY! I WILL TRY ONE MORE BOTTLE AND HOPEFULLY IT WORKS AS IT STATES AND MAKES THE ENGINE LIGHT STAY OFF! 👌 THEN I WILL BE ABLE TO SAY IT WORKED AND LEAVE A 5 🌟 REVIEW!

Put this in a friends Hyundai (1.6L) Veloster. This engine burns oil (as they ALL do) and this coats the catalytic converter causing codes. Replacing the convertor with a GOOD new one is expensive. So we rolled the dice. Installed with about 1/ 2 tank of fuel, cleared the code, and then told her to drive it until the tank was low before refilling. Also told her to take it on the freeway to get the engine good and hot and get the converter good and hot to aid in cleaning it. 3 months later, the code has not come back and prior to using the cleaner it would recur every week or so. A good converter for this car is roughly $900 and it's just going to get coated in oil again due to it being a Hyundai engine that burns oil. So, this can, with 1/2 tank of fuel, and some freeway (120 KPH) driving to get the converter hot appears to have worked.

I never use Liqui Moly... until I have an issue that needs sorted quickly. More expensive than other brands, but at least it always works. Used this on a modern petrol turbo with GPF that wouldn't enter a regen cycle, and was getting half the normal fuel economy it should. Added a can of LM 7110, and it solved the issue within 40 miles driven. Hate modern cars. Love Liqui Moly.
