Q: Does the inch size define the diameter of tool?

Yes. I have the 1 inch and the 2 1/2 inch. They fit over 3/4 and 2 inch tube object that I use it for.

Q: If I purchase the 7 bight is it capable of making a 5 bight Turks head?

No. Each jig has a fixed number of bights based on the diameter of the jig. The number of lines is variable, though.

Q: Is a woggle knot the same as a pineapple knot?

No. The Pineapple is more intricate.

Q: Does anyone what size cotter pin is used (diameter) ?

The pins they use are all the same size for each mandril. It is a standard looped split pin (Cotter Pin) length is 25mm and 3mm diameter on the small end more commonly referred to as a M3 X 25.
