Great taste and low carbs
I’ve been using Rule1 protein for over a year. Great taste, low carbs and a good amount of BCAA’s. If you just mix it in water you’re not getting the most out of it. If you want the best taste out of it, mix it cold. My suggestion is use a blender/Ninja with 2 scoops of whey, a scoop of PB Fit, 4 oz water and add 9 ice cubes. It taste like your having ice cream.

Don't like the taste. Also leaves a weird aftertaste. Atleast mixes reasonably well after a few shakes. Would not recommend at all.

68 Servings in this container, says 70 Servings in multiple spots throughout the description. Ours has 68 which it actually shows in 2 of the pictures. It's not much of a difference, I just don't enjoy being lied to.
