Rich Dark Cocoa
I love King Arthur's baking supplies, as their quality is superior to most. If you have never tried black cocoa in your baking, it is a game changer. The results are a deep rich deep chocolate taste. Kind of like the comparison between milk and dark chocolate...just richer and more elevated. I keep this stocked in my pantry now and use it in cookie crusts, chocolate silk pie, and it even makes amazing homemade hot chocolate.

This cocoa is black, good for Oreo making
black black cocoa. Does not taste as chocolaty as Dutch process, taste like an oreo cookie. If this is what you want, this is a good product. Good price.

Makes food darker but delicious
Couldn't find and dark cocoa near me and I saw this on here and thought I'd give it a try. It will turn whatever your making really dark but it's amazing and makes my brownies so good. I do 75% regular cocoa and the rest the dark.

Good Cocoa Powder But Not Actually Black
This cocoa powder tastes really good. I really like it... But it is not actually black cocoa powder. It is smooth and not at all grainy so it is good to make mousse out of. I haven't baked with it yet but I am sure it will be amazing. This really is a good cocoa powder and I would recommend it as long as you are not looking for black cocoa.

Black and delicious
I substituted this in my pumpernickel rye bread recipe and my family loves it. I call it Halloween bread because it is completely black and delicious. I want to go back to using regular cocoa occasionally but have been down-voted so far.

By far the best! COCOA! BLACK!! not brown!!!
This fine as silk Black powder has the power to turn naked peanutbutter ,naked rice and naked pea into a dream shake! just add a pinch of monk fruit powder! BLAM!!! guzzle it down! So Good!! modern mountain is my second choice.

Heavily alkalized, almost no flavour left
Very heavily alkalized, to the point it's lost the chocolate flavour (at least to my taste). I guess it's still usable as a dark pigment. However, it was misleading to title it "intense dark chocolate flavour".
