Good ideas for low cal desserts
This book has several low cal popsicle recipes that can serve as dessert for those on a diet. As special treats, other recipes, while more caloric, are unusual, pleasing flavors.

American recipes, all measurements are in cups!!
I bought this as a present for a friend. I didn't realise it is American, so all the measurements in the recipes are in American cup sizes, not pounds/ounces, kilos, fluid ounces or litres so each recipe will need you to use conversion tables unless you have American cups .Wouldn't have bought it if I had realised. The recipes do look interesting though.
