Having never really been able to swim freestyle I set about teaching myself. A length was all I could manage before being too puffed out to continue. This pull buoy made it so much easier, I could effortlessly glide on the surface and pay attention to my stroke. Excellent purchase, wish I’d got one years ago.

Bigger than it looks in the pictures. I was worried that it would be a medium sized one or a childrens one after i bought it, but this is a full sized adults pull buoy and does me very well in pool sessions
