直火だから早く焼ける！
ガスコンロがCAPTAINSTAGを使用していますがこのイワタニの焼肉プレートでも使用できました。下のくぼみの幅が広いのでごとくの幅も問題無く噛み合せられました。一つ難点なのがフッ素コートが効いているのと傾斜があるせいか、野菜がスルスルと滑ってしまうので、置きたい所にのせられないのが残念な所ですが、ホットプレートと違い直火で火力が強いので、肉や野菜の焼けるのが早いので、肉の旨みが逃げないのがとても良かったです。肉の油が落ちる下にナスを置くと油を吸ってくれるので、ナスがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。大きさは3人家族で丁度良い大きさです。大家族だとちょっと小さいかと思いますが、肉が焼けるのが早いので、回転よく焼けば問題ないかと思います。油が水の上に落ちる分、煙は上がりずらいですが、肉を焼くとどうしても煙が上がるので無煙とは行かないです。換気は絶対です！
