I highly recommend these insoles - they are a fantastic upgrade to my support-less shoes. The insoles have the size outlines on them so you cut them down to the right size, and then you remove the original insole and replace them with these. The clear size markings are a good guide for trimming, though I ended up having to go back a few times and trim a little more off to make them fit perfectly. The gel cushion under the heel is especially noticeable if you are on your feet all day. They provide just that extra bit of cushioning that makes my feet pound noticeably less after standing all day at work. The inside arch is noticeably thicker than standard shoe insoles (see my video for a comparison). This is super helpful if you have flat feet and provides the additional support I need. The material is also really comfortable. They are cushy enough to be really comfortable, but the insole is firm enough to provide the support I need. Honestly, I had stopped wearing some of my less supportive shoes, and then I found these and its completely transformed them to my favorite shoes. I love these insoles!

My husband absolutely loves these insoles. He has tried numerous different ones and I picked these up for him one day. They've worked wonderfully! Very durable and heavy. The actual sole part is very firm and solid. They have a sleek black look to hide nicely in your shoe. They have for sure helped with stability and pain relief. The price is worth it for sure. Very good item.

I’ve ordered these Dr. Scholl’s Stability Support Insoles twice now because they work well for my flat feet and overpronation. I first tried them in March 2025 after testing other insoles, and they ended up being the most comfortable and supportive for daily wear. They provide good stability and help with alignment, especially for low arches. I also like that they can be trimmed to fit—I’ve used them in different shoes, including running shoes and house slippers, without any problems. The only downside is that they wear down a bit faster than I’d like with regular use, but they’re effective while they last. Overall, a solid option for everyday arch support if you deal with alignment issues.

Ok, so I have gotten 3 Dr. Scholl's Stability Support Insoles so far (looks like they changed the name to Flat Feet Support?) I got them because I started having frequent knee pain and found out that overpronation could be a cause. After trying my first pair out I noticed a huge difference in the way I walked and best of all no more knee pain. Now I have a pair in three different shoes and plan on getting some more for all my shoes.

Really good quality and comfortable

These helped my over pronation for a little while, but did lose their support after only a couple of months, making them less effective. They were easy to size for my shoes, so that helped! They didn’t feel too bulky also, so that was a plus

I been looking for some insoles for years and I could never find anything that works for me. Most just hurt and don't work at all, but with these, I feel reborn! Like I can walk and do anything without pain. My knee pain was gone right after slipping this into my sneakers! These things are great! Hope they last a good while and I love that they are CHEAP!

A get these on subscription. The manufacturing is inconsistent between pairs. Each one has a different height curve for the arch. Some are too low to work. They are supposed to help correct pronated feet. You can’t do that with a flat insert.

I’ve tried several brands for flat feet, but I always come back to Scholl’s. These insoles are among the best you can get without going custom. I can walk for hours in them—they’re a real lifesaver.

I was skeptic about this. I have seen this brand outside of India and worn shoes before but never tried their insoles. I have flat feet and these are good

For the price point these work. Have to replace every year but much cheaper than a custom orthotic for plantar fasciitis.
