Got it, internet worked long enough to get it up and running but now I literally can be connected to the internet or how my profile up. Not both. Seems like a 360 issue since my series s is working fine. Literal waste of money since I cleared my profile off to try to get it working and now it won't download it. I'm sick of Microsoft, it'll never get money from me again since I'm just throwing money away

I ordered this Xbox 360 to replace the one I currently had. Product arrived as described and works great. It came with all the necessary power and cords as well as a controller. The company took great care in packaging it for delivery as all parts were wrapped in bubble wrap.

I’m not sure what the difference is between renewed and refurbished, but the system I received felt like it was bright used from EBay or FB marketplace. The system arrived with everything described, but the power supply was damaged/cracked. I placed rubber bands around it and powered up the system to see if it worked and it did, but the previous owner family profiles on it with the “Family Setting” still enabled, so I couldn’t play certain games without disabling the family settings that if didn’t have the passcode for. The power supply has a fan built in to keep the plug from overheating that was extremely loud and was making me nervous it would cause a fire so I unplugged the plug and ordered a replacement plug. As far as the “Family Settings” issue I found a 5 year old Reddit post with described how to remove the passcode code, because I couldn’t update, factory reset or make any changes until it was disabled. I thought buying from Amazon renewed would have been better although more expensive than one of those other places, I was wrong. I could have found it on FB marketplace with the same issues but definitely cheaper!

Product came as described - Xbox seemed to be in good condition (power cord and hdmi included) - controller was in good condition as well. No batteries included for the controller. However, was disappointed to find out that upon set up, the disc tray is not functional when pressing the applicable buttons and have to use a paper clip to manually eject and insert discs which is tedious and not ideal, but not the end of the world. Games seem to run fine.
