Review: Home run purchase that has impacted my golf and running form - Took a gamble on this one and it is a home run. Liked it so much I ordered their exercise bands (during Black Friday sale), too. The exercises are well tailored and varied. Not only do I feel the strength in my golf swing after a few weeks of use, but it’s helping my running. Asymmetric resistance is the key and I can see using this equipment for many years. All the equipment seems high quality and will last. Give it a try, and you’ll feel the difference in just a few weeks.

Once your trail ends and you enter into a contract, you can't get a refund. So if you only want to try this out for a few months, then you should change your account's renewal from annual to monthly BEFORE your trial runs out. The good news is that the product is top notch. Quality hardware and software. I have a projector in my golf room, so I use the website to follow along. Nice big picture on the wall, which is much more fun that trying to follow along on my tablet. It's like having a personal trainer in the privacy of your own home for just $25 a month. Excellent instruction. I highly recommend this product if want to consistently workout and get more strength and flexibility.

**Q: Is this product effective without the $25/month subscription?  Where can I find a description of all of the exercises without subscription?**
A: Thanks for the question! Although a subscription to GolfForever is not required, it is highly recommended to get the greatest benefit out of the Swing Trainer. It is the most effective way to make significant gains in your mobility, balance, and speed as it personalizes workouts for you to stream daily. We offer both monthly and annual plans that are $24.99 and $199 respectively, and that is after a 30-day free trial. You do have to sign up for the subscription service to get the free 30 days and you can make your decision to continue during the trial or cancel and pay nothing.

**Q: Does this set include the two training handles as included with the set on the Golfforever website?  No handles in description or pictures.**
A: Yes it came with two handles.

**Q: How is this anchored to a fixed point. I can’t find any information as to how this is anchored.**
A: Either use the door anchor that comes with it, or, since the tubing comes with a clip on each end, you can wrap the tubing around a heavy vertical support structure (like a column or beam, if you have one), and clip it back to itself. The tension you create with the swing trainer will easily hold it in place.

**Q: This makes you buy a $200 per year subscription on top of the $200 item?**
A: Only if you download their app on how to use the gear. You have the option to cancel your subscription within 30 days. Just note that there is no direction included for how to use the devices without the app.
