This ITR device was purchased for the thread :0). If you remove the end caps and snip the elastic, the ITR is freed up and you can reel the ITR off the reel for use in other gimmicks.

Cheap quality, dysfunctional, and broke after 2 minutes of trying to figure out how to use it. Don’t buy.

Quality for the price was really good, and it made my tricks possible. Also Made whole Halloween day funny. Would recommend getting extra since the thread can be easily damaged, and that’s just the nature of the retractor.

Fun to have the magic string. It worked the first couple times but when the thread eventually snapped the whole thing went to trash. It’s nearly impossible to thread the string back through the drilled hole. I unwound the whole thing and went in through the hole and then wound it back to the spool. Trying to twist the bands at the end of the spool was difficult. This product appears homemade. As long as the string doesn’t break, it’s great. But once it breaks, might as well throw it away. Save your money and don’t buy.

So I’m a novice and probably don’t know what I’m doing, so read this review from that perspective. The thread seems strong and certainly worked to levitate cash. The reel reels in well with out getting hung up. Hence the three stars. But the retracting pull of the wheel is really really strong so if you pull out more than about 4 ft of thread it snaps because the pull of the reel was pulling it to its breaking point. Also there is no like lock it into place mechanism like a tape measure has. Which seems like it might be useful. Anyway. My thread snapped, the reel quickly sucked up all the string and now it’s lost inside the reel. I’m sure there’s a way to fish it out but. Instead I’m just going to throw it away.
