It worked for me.
I bought this to install on the rear bed toolbox on my 2025 Ford Maverick. It’s not a direct replacement for what’s already on the door. If you turn the door over you can see and area that needs trimmed around the existing hole so that the lock fits. I cut the provided latch lever down to the same length as the existing box and added a couple of washer spacers to match the standoff of the original. I sat the new latch lever on the existing one and lined up the holes and then used a marker to trace the outline. I had to grind off about 3/4 of an inch to get the length the same.
