Q: The description mentions a software for this keypad, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Could you provide a link for the download?

The link is at the very bottom of the item description. It works fine- after installing, it uses a web browser to manage the key mapping. To set up a set of key strokes, use the password tab to type in the string of characters for each "password" #, and be sure to select the password numbers for each key in the first tab. then Save on the top left.

If you have three free USB inputs for these then yes!! Also you could get a larger macro pad with 9 buttons. But if you're gonna have a party and want one controller each for 3 different people you can technically hook three up!
