Love it, highly recommend!!!
I purchased this along with the pre-shampoo treatment, the conditioning mask, and the conditioning cream. After looking up specifically how to use them all I finally did my hair treatment last week and was amazed. I have long curly frizzy hair which tends to be dry. After using these products I blew my hair out straight and it was silky soft in a way I’ve never felt it. I used them on my daughter last night and blew her hair out and she loved how her hair felt and also loved the scent. We have hard well water and even though we have a water softener system I still feel like the water is hard and my hair always feels so dry and frizzy. I plan to use these once a week and hope my hair will get healthier and have less breakage. They are a little pricey but I don’t mind since they made my hair feel so amazing. On top of that you don’t need to use a lot of product. I probably have to use more than most people because my hair is long and I have a lot of it but still the shampoodid lather up nicely using only a little over a quarter coin size amount. Highly recommend for anyone with hard water.

The smell is amaaaazing
Well in my case won't be the best review in common sense because is not for my hair type. I was told to buy it for detoxing my hair, but later that person did the worst coloring in my hair and it become the most dry hair and breakable of my life. So for this moment, is not working for me. The smell is amaaaazing😍😍😍

SO HYDRATING OMG (type 4 high density high porosity)
THIS IS T H E MOST HYDRATING SHAMPOO IVE EVER USED OMG, I rotate through 3 shampoos depending on needs (Fino for regular weekly wash, Tsubaki red bottle for protein treatments every other month, and this for monthly clarifying) and this is definitely the most hydrating (they all are very hydrating but this is the best!). With this being a chelating shampoo, I was scared it would be stripping for my hair and leave it dry but I was VERY happily surprised to realize that my hair was not only very clean without buildup, but also super soft and hydrated! I never understood the concept of a second shampoo after clarifying cause the first shampoo is enough but in terms of maintaining hydrating and cleaning this is wonderful! This is very expensive but it should last a very long time close to a year probably as you shouldn’t use this more than once a month AT MOST if you wash weekly. With black high density high porosity hair, we tend to use a lot more product on our hair so clarifying/chelating is a MUST for us. This is my first use, and I used this when I did a blow dry and trim with silk press since it leaves my hair bare but not dry. When I went to moisturize after, my hair felt so much better and stronger too and I love that! If you have the money, I HIGHLY recommend investing in this as it deals with not only dirt and oils but also hard water (if you live in the US you definitely deal with hard water). I’m so excited to see the health of my hair in the coming months/year and will update if anything happens! All around 10000000/10 especially for my fellow type 4 fam!!!!!

Works for Hard Metal TDS of 365
Since people's hair is so varied in texture, thickness, oiliness, and scalp condition, I'll direct this review to those who have hair like mine...My hair is thin/fine, mostly straight with a slight wave. The texture is not coarse, though the hard water in my new place is making it both coarse and brittle. I don't have an excessively oily scalp, nor do I have dandruff.Okay, now that most people have stopped reading, here's how this shampoo works to remove hard water deposits for people with hair similar to mine:1) I use my regular shampoo first. This is because I found that the metal detox shampoo does not remove the oil and dirt that I generally use shampoo for. It only attacks the hard metal deposits. So, if my hair and scalp need cleaning, I do that first.2) After rinsing out the regular shampoo, I use this metal detox shampoo. I get a good lather and let it sit for a minute while I wash the rest of my body.3) When I step out of the shower, I towel dry my hair thoroughly, because rinsing out the metal detox shampoo necessarily meant that more hard water deposits were trying to settle in, and it's best to remove as much water as possible before that happens. Since I can't stand blow drying my hair, I get it as dry as possible with a towel, followed by a comb/brush, then I let it air dry.4) I don't use conditioner in the shower. If my hair feels like it needs it, I may comb in a little Moroccan oil after it dries.5) I initially made the mistake of using the companion "Mask" product afterward, which is supposed to add a protection layer against future hard metal deposits. Never, ever again. Ever. It made my hair goopy, smelly, greasy and just plain gross. It was simply wrong for my hair. So, just the shampoo from now on.For me, this metal detox shampoo has been amazingly effective. My hair had become such a weird combination of goopy and brittle that when I lifted up the ends, they didn't drop smoothly like gravity normally causes. They stayed partially-lifted in the air, kind of like what happens when you encounter static electricity pulling a sweater over your head. And when I ran my fingers through it, they came away feeling slimy. It was so weird. I hadn't changed anything in my hair care routine except one thing: I moved to a new apartment, where it turned out the water was 365 TDS (that's high, in case you hadn't already guessed). So, after trying apple cider vinegar and multiple types of "clarifying" shampoos, I finally landed on this one. Since my landlord isn't about to install a water softener, and since all of those in-line shower filters really only deal with chlorine and actually do nothing at all for hard metals, this shampoo is saving me.I am seriously considering buying one of those portable camp showers, filling it with distilled water, and keeping it in the shower so I can wash my hair separately. That way, I might not have to use this shampoo as often (every third or fourth washing, depending on how it feels). But that's an experiment for another day.TLDR: Buy this shampoo...it works.

Finally a shampoo that works!
This really works well. My hair is thin, fine, appeared to get dirty the next day. I've tried so many products, nothing was working.I saw someone say they used two shampoos, a regular shampoo for dirt, oil then the detox for metals. For second wash I use Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo. They're expensive however you only need a small amount. Finally my hair feels like mine again. I hope this helps someone.
