The flashlight itself is built very well. Nice and solid, premium feel. The instructions don't make sense and the charger.... doesn't seem to fit the batteries. The batteries sit at an angle. It is nearly impossible to make them straight. You'd have to fight the charger to do so. So far it seems to be charging the batteries. But to continue , (THE BATTERIES DONT FIT THE CHARGER) The instructions say nothing about the charger or the LED indicator on the charger. (As far as the different colors that appear on the charger)The batteries had some charge in it and when installed, the flash was very bright and big. However I can't seem to control the radius of the beam...I don't know why this flashlight was made like this. Smh I personally don't recommend. This is not what I was looking for in a flashlight. Looking at the bright side... I guess it isn't bad for the price. Didn't even pay $20 for it... so it's not bad🤷🏽‍♂️Update: after a few hours of the batteries sitting crooked in the charger and NOT charging, I decided to force it straight... doing this, seems to have worked enough to charge at least one of the batteries. The other is still lit up red. See the latest pic.Update#2: found out how to control the radius of the beam.Bumped the overall score to 3 stars...Shouldn't be this difficult to figure out a flashlight.

Impressed with the brightness of it. Even on the dim setting it's pretty powerful. Pretty lightweight and slim. The button is a little tough to press on and off. The only reason it's not a 5 star light is the darn battery's. First they don't even fit in right so it doesn't make that connection hardly so I wrapped a rubber band around it so they could stay. The second is the battery life, it's atrocious. It said would last 8 hours. Its more like 2-3. If you need a super bright flashlight and not use it for long then perfect. But of not you'll be constantly recharging it.

Less then a month into this flashlight and it shuts off and on when it wants to. Very frustrating

The media could not be loaded.  I use it for out doors at night for everything . Because u never now when you need a good flashlight .

Charging batteries don't stay in charger go in sideways which they went in the charger better. Don't feel like they get a good charge while in the battery charger.

Great quality heavy torch used for dog walking see quite far very bright charged 3 times since purchased. You need to charge batteries fully before use to get maximum performance and reliability last for ages. Highly recommend best torch for size price I have ever had for price by a long mile. Must have.

These torches are nice and bright - but the problem is that they go from bright to off without any dimming beforehand. It's not convenient if you think your torch is still powerful, and then find yourself in total dark. So I always need to carry an alternative with me. I wish there was a way to tell how much battery there is left in them. Other torches get dimmer once they're close to empty, this one just goes off.

Does what it says. Very light in feel and bright. Batteries last for ages

Very bright torch, actually too bright for some close applications as it temporarily affects your vision. But it's well made and works fine. Nothing to dislike about it. It came on a slow boat from China but actually arrived before the predicted arrival date. Tip: if you only use it occasionally, but the charger in a plastic food bag or similar and label it "Charger for the torch". This is our second of these torches because we must have thrown out the charger during a "Let's clear out all that cable stuff we don't use" session, having forgotten what device the charger was for. The torch is so cheap it was easier to get a second torch, as the batteries are not commonplace and that was the simplest way to get a new charger.

Great torch battery life is fab adjustable beam, and amazing value for money...I have 5 of these for house and car..
