EGR Delete Kit for 1.9 PD105 & 2.0 16v PD and Common Rail TDI Engines Fits many VW / Audi / Seat and Skoda Vehicles 1.9 8v TDI & 2.0 16v TDI Engines This kit consists of: TDI Upgrades Race Pipe EGR Blanking Plate (for Turbo EGR Port) Vented Grub Screw (Boost Guage Takeoff) Grub Screw (to block Boost Port) O-Ring Seal This kit replaces the EGR Valve and fits neatly between the Anti Shudder Valve and Inlet Manifold. Retaining the ASV means the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignition Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The hole also eliminates the need to fit an 'in-line' reducer to stop the boost guage from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install Our design is almost exactly the same profile as the standard EGR Valve, which allows all the stock fixings to be used.
