5 Star for the product and 1 star for the seller's packaging !!!!
The Product is really good. Bought this antivirus after referring to many reviews. Previously I have used Kaspersky and K7. Comparing to those, this one functions smoothly without any lags. Works effectively without slowing down the PC. But the packaging by the seller was extremely poor. The product CD inside the box was broken into pieces. The Seal was broken already. The package looked like as if few elephants ran over it. It was squeezed and was out of shape. The only relief was the product key provided was working fine without any issues. It got activated in a smooth manner. You can download the setup file from the Webroot site and then you can activate the code in case your CD is broken like mine. 5 Stars for the product and 1 star for the seller's packaging. Hope they'll improve it in the future.

KEY CODE ISSUE
I purchased this Product last week. I had to return it to AMAZON as the Product Key Code was unscientifically pasted and it got damaged. There was no scratch provision. When I contacted the TECH SUPPORT of WEBROOT they asked me to provide WBR No. to be found on the BOX of the SOFTWARE CD. But, I could not find any WBR No. on the BOX. This ;experience has made me to be careful with CDs and KEY CODES.

Impressive Antivirus it seems
Its really light,easy to install,fast updating and its regularly catching threats (don't know whether these are false positives). Overall my PC is running smooth.
