SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!
Way better than expected!! The taste is soooooo gooooood! We used it to marinate thin sliced pork but and stacked it on a "trompo plate" so we can cut from the edges like the taco places do. Marinated the pork over night and grilled it the next day. I was going to make my own "Al Pastor" marinate but after going through family recipes and watching youtube videos, and a couple of failed attempts and the bid day approaching... the sauce was stressing me out!.. until I found this!! We tried doing it traditionally, but in reality, just marinate ANY CUT OF MEAT with it and grill it!! That's it... that is all you need to do and SHOULD DO. No need to stack it or "trompo" it... just marinate and grill normally. This is now my go to for when ever i want to impress guest with something "new" in the grill. You will not be disappointed!😉👍

Too salty
Great flavour!! Way too salty, even after cooked, and I’m a salt freak.

Tasty on everything
Best seasoning ever, have not been able to find it anywhere other than the powder versions of it, but they dont taste the same. I order 1 or 2 at a time to put on everything chicken, carne asada, taco meat.

I was so excited to use this because I love Al pastor but unfortunately it didn’t taste as great as I thought it would, a little too salty for my tastes but it might be a little better with some added vinegar and pineapple juice I’ll have to try that next. It’s an ok marinade just not the best.

Delicious
I smothered some chicken thighs and left them to marinate in the fridge over night. We grilled them the following evening and they were delicious. I definitely recommend.
