Love this product but it always arrives melted & stuck together. No longer in individual bites. I have to use a knife to cut it up to get it out of the container. Is there a remedy for this problem?

I really like the taste. My first order was all melted but I reached out to customer service and got it resolved. I will order more in the cooler months so I do not have that issue.

Absolutely love this product and was bummed when walmart stopped selling it. I was so happy I can order on here. However after 3 attempts I give up. No matter the weather the product always arrives melted together and resolidified. I've ordered in winter and still the product arrives inedible and useless. Good luck finding elsewhere as I believe the company closed.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this product, but last order arrived melted and in a huge clump unable to remove from container. Otherwise the product works! Within a week I noticed less hair falling out and harder longer nails. I hope this company replaces my order with one that isn't all melted. I don't want to have to spend money to send this back to them, I believe they should send me a new bottle.

I could no longer find these in Walmart so I know I can now order from Amazon. I love these vitamins and who doesn't love chocolate!

I usually live evolution_18 products. I am faithful to the superfood and the collagen powder. I was so excited to get these choco bites and when I opened it up & found this slush I was surprised & bummed. Lol I thought this would have came in different packaging , it makes perfect sense with the heat in the trucks and transit.. I tasted the melted chocolate they would have been good. But now I'm just supposed to figure out the serving portion and eat it with a spoon I guess lol

These chocolates are so amazing. I have every night as my dessert.

I had purchased a bottle of these from a local close out/discount store and felt they did help my hair to start growing again. I was so happy when I found another bottle there and decided to buy again when the second bottle ran out. Well ordering from Amazon didn’t work out so well. I received 1 huge piece instead of 60. I got a refund instead of replacement because I was afraid they would just be melted together again. It’s been warm but I never would have thought it would melt my order. Bummed because they worked and tasted good.
