What is the Range on his handset?

It is usually about 300 feet, depending on walls if it is concrete or metal frame it does not affect very much. But the range is real good just about 300 feet.

will this phone work with Nextiva service

I am not familiar with Nextiva, but as long its an VOIP service it will work.
